The interior is decorated with a variety of raised bosses and motifs typical of traditional French tastevins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe piece bears a maker's mark reading PE ★ MA with a J beneath the star, together with a 2G mark indicating silver plating.
