A beautiful antique French gold-filled locket pendant with lovely violet-blue translucent panels that glow beautifully when held to the light.

The colour changes wonderfully depending on the light, appearing deep blue-violet before revealing warm amber-red tones when illuminated. It has a very soft, romantic feel, reminiscent of Victorian mourning jewellery.

The oval locket opens to hold a small photograph or keepsake inside.
