French Late 1920s Rosary Aqua Blue Glass Silver Crucifix Capped Beads

A beautiful antique French rosary dating to the 1920s, with lovely aqua blue faceted glass beads that catch the light beautifully. Each bead is finished with decorative caps, giving the rosary a quality feel as well as adding strength to the construction.

The soft Marian blue colour gives the piece a calm and gentle devotional character. The ornate crucifix and centrepiece are hallmarked French silver, both nicely detailed, with a charming cherub to the centre.

Condition is good antique condition with gentle age-related wear and devotional patina consistent with careful use. The rosary remains complete and displays beautifully.
