Vintage French 25 Centimes Coin-Design Coasters with Wooden Stand – Set of Six

An unusual vintage French set of six drinks coasters, each modelled on an enlarged French 25 centimes coin dated 1924.

The design features “Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité,” together with the denomination, date and decorative laurel leaves. The date 1924 forms part of the reproduced coin design and does not necessarily indicate the age of the coaster set itself.

Each silver-toned metal coaster has a central opening, allowing all six to be stacked neatly on the dark wooden stand when not in use. The darkened recessed details contrast beautifully with the raised design.

The coasters and stand display age-related marks, surface wear and patination consistent with vintage use. Please study all photographs, as they form part of the description.
